Occupancy Planner required for my dynamic and high profile client in Central London. You will be working on a brand-new moves project spanning across Europe for a large-scale occupancy project. You will need prior experience working in facilities management, interior design, engineering or architecture and well as solid experience of managing occupancy projects.
You be working with the EMEA occupancy team so will need to be able to build long term strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike. You will be confident with facility planning and be able to produce high quality planning deliverables - there will also be plenty of movce migration for the occupancy projects.
Experience with CAFM tools are required as well as basic AutoCAD however this is primarily a project based role with a focus on project management and planning so there will be a level of technical support provided.
