Warehouse Operative
Hereford HR2
£8.25 per hour
6am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
Our client has identified an opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join their enthusiastic team based in Hereford.
Position Summary
As Warehouse Operative, your role will include picking, packing and checking of orders to ensure an accurate and efficient despatch.
Additionally, your roles and responsibilities will include;
• Maintain an excellent understanding of the distribution process and how this impacts on the requirement for goods to be transported to, from and around the warehouse
• Load and unload vehicles/containers using forklifts/pump trucks
• Make up orders ensuring correct products picked, correct quantity of product picked and correct clear labelling ready for distribution
• Ensuring to meet deadlines to ensure the delivery of products to the clients in a timely manner
• Ensure that all relevant documents are completed as per company standards and maintain accurate records in relation to movement and storage of goods
• Ensure compliance to standards in respect of all company requirements
• Undertake training, development and re-assessments as required to meet legislative or organisational requirements
• Practise of tidiness and good housekeeping.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with initiative.
Enthusiastic/can do attitude.
