A Project Manager is required to join a specialist software provider to the global insurance industry. Established in 2003 the company has enjoyed an average growth of 25% per annum to become one of the leading software providers in the industry, with over 100 clients worldwide. They employ over 200 staff in 4 offices across the UK and Poland, with its head office located in a converted barn on the outskirts of Winchester. They have the following exciting new opportunity located at their office in Colden Common, Winchester.

They are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their busy Operations team of Project Managers and Product Owners.

The role is based at their head office located in Colden Common which is set in a good location and offers a fantastic working environment.

The role of their project managers is to plan and execute multiple software implementation projects, from inception to completion. Efficiently liaising with other departments to ensure realistic and achievable deadlines, to quality and in a timely fashion is required.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate project management skills (ideally through two to three years experience) and the ability to manage and coordinate internal and external project resources effectively. Clear communication and good negotiation skills are a must along with the ability to manage any changes in the scope through the appropriate channels and with the agreement of the client.

The successful candidate will ideally come from an insurance background, possess practical project management methodology experience and have been involved in managing software based projects for the full lifecycle. Relevant qualifications in project management are preferred.

Frequent travel is required to visit clients on site, therefore a full driving license is essential.
