I am currently recruiting on behalf of a UK Based Automotive OEM in the South East region of the UK who are searching for a Powertrain Exhaust Design Engineerto join their team on a long term contract basis
You will be based onsite the production plant within the product development team
Powertrain Exhaust Design Engineer
Working base 37.5 hours per week with over time available
GBP20.84 per hour limited company/ umbrella
Powertrain Exhaust Design Engineer

Location: Dunton
Position Description:
- PTI D&R Engineer Powertrain Exhaust Design & Release engineer, responsible for conducting exhaust product development.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of developing exhaust to meet: Package, Functional, Cost and Weight requirements.
- Working in a multi-functional environment and deliver tasks in time and with high quality.
Skills Preferred:
- Knowledge of WERS, eFDVS, AVBOM and Integrator an asset
Experience Required:
- Candidates should have experience working in the automotive industry preferably in exhaust applications.
Experience Preferred:
- Working knowledge of the product development system (GPDS) would be a distinct advantage.
- Education Required: Degree in Engineering or related
