Hotel Concierge Team Leader - Part Time
We are LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and we are part of the magical Merlin Entertainments!
We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Concierge Team Leader to work in our Front of House department on a part time basis. This role will work across both our existing 148-bedroom Hotel and our exciting new 61-bedroom Castle Hotel which is due to open in July this year.
In this role you will manage the day to day operation of the Hotel Concierge Team and focus on delivering memorable experiences for Guests arriving at the Resort. Key duties will be:
Managing the process of greeting Guests on arrival and departure
Working directly with Guests, supporting the Concierge team in delivering information to Guests that enhances their stay.
Managing the process of luggage delivery to the Hotel.
Ownership of achieving excellent Guest Satisfaction, Customer Service and Welcome Experience scores.
Further duties will include scheduling staff and working with the Hotel Concierge Supervisor to continually develop and improve standards in the Front of House team by implementing new ideas, working closely with Hotel Concierge Assistants and having a strong emphasis on Customer Service and the Guest Journey through the Hotel.
We are looking for the following skills and experience;
Good written and oral communication
Previous supervisory experience, ideally within a fast paced Resort or Leisure environment
Professional attitude and a desire to deliver a premium service to Guests
Health and Safety Awareness
Performance management awareness
Demonstrate a high level of customer service
Experience in service recovery methods
This role is a part time, permanent position, working 3 days out of 7, averaging 22.5 hours per week (shift pattern between 07.00 and 22.00) and will include Friday, Saturday and Sunday
