Training is at the core of the business and their in-house Training Academy Program is accredited by the NAEA and ARLA. All staff members are given the necessary training and work to professional standards and ethics.
Key responsibilities
- Generating valuation appointments
- Manage incoming enquiries from new applicants regarding properties for sale
- Arrange and conduct viewings with pre-qualified applicants
- Understanding customer needs and selling to these needs as appropriate
- Target achievement
- Dealing with clients face-to-face in branch and over the telephone
The person
We are seeking an individual with previous experience within sales environment (ideally estate agency) and an absolute passion for the industry.
You will also be able to demonstrate:
- A proactive approach with a can-do attitude towards sales and business generation
- Proven track record in achieving targets and KPI
- Ability to work on your own initiative and importantly as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships with customers and meet their high expectation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organisation and prioritisation skills
