An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a successful and established claims management company. Based in Wilmslow, Cheshire, you will join the company on full time basis, earning a basic salary of £17,500.

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative assistance across the business. Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Answering and fielding telephone calls from customers
  • Liaising with banks and lenders
  • Data entry, maintaining various internal systems
  • Some post duties
  • Reception and general office management duties     
The successful Administrator will preferably have experience in a similar role, although this is not essential, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience: 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literate including spreadsheet and word-processing skills
  • Willingness to learn new software applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Respectfulness of colleagues, peers and visitors

Additional information: Free onsite parking. You will be contracted to 37.5 hours per week with varied shift patterns between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and you may be required to work an occasional Saturday.
