Legionella Risk Assessor

Legionella Risk Assessor is required to join our well-established and rapidly expanding company.

Our client is an expanding Building Compliance company providing a wealth of services including TM44/DEC/Commercial EPC reports to ensure that business have the ability to reduce their environmental impact. They also offer other services including full Energy Audits, F-gas, Asbestos and Air Duct Inspections as well as Thermal Imaging Reports.

Due to exceptional growth they now require a Legionella Risk Assessor to join an expanding team.

The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments and writing up technical reports. Candidates must be used to drawing up schematics. Other duties will include conducting Water Monitoring in accordance with the ACOP L8 guidelines.

Ideally candidates will have been working as a Legionella Risk Assessor for at least two years. Candidates must hold Risk Assessing qualification from either City & Guilds or the Water Management Society. A clean driving licence essential. Travel to sites throughout UK may be required.
