Our client a leading telecommunication provider, require a Change Controller who will be responsible for coordinating all stages of the change process to ensure the change requests are managed and progressed correctly and within Key Performance Indicators.

In this role your day to day accountabilities would include:

• Receiving, reviewing and acknowledging customer change requests.
• Verifying that all information accompanying a change request is complete and accurate.
• Reviewing the Change Request classification against the Change Catalogue.
• Assigning Change Requests to engineering team and to third party providers and internal resolver groups.
• Maintaining the Change Team Planner to ensure there is always an accurate view of engineering availability and planned changes.
• Reviewing planned changes for the day ahead and previous day to ensure they have been implemented/updated.
• Following up requests to ensure they are being progressed and reviewing/closing completed requests.
• Keeping customers informed and managing expectations..
• Liaising with the Projects Team for Project Changes.
• Attending customer CAB Meetings as required.

To be successful in your application you will have:

• Experience of working in a managed services environment
• An awareness of ITIL
• Excellent problem solving, time management, communications and organisational skills
• Experience in network management environment and networking fundamentals is highly desirable

This role is available on a 6 month fixed term contract based at the Hemel Hempstead office. The working hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
