Team Leader – Contracts BLUT49411

Our client is a local company with a portfolio of approximately 5000 affordable homes in Macclesfield and the surrounding areas. They are passionate about what they do in providing high quality homes and investing in their communities to improve people’s lives.

They are looking for a Team Leader in their Asset Management team to manage the operational resources of the Asset Team Surveyors, which includes the following:

• financial monitoring and control of the contracts
• ensuring Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance is maintained
• ensuring company procedures and KPIs are achieved to support the delivery of a high quality, customer focused asset management service

As a team leader, you will set the highest possible standards of leadership and drive a high performance culture in terms of productivity and performance via the Asset Team Surveyors.

In addition, you will need to ensure that appropriate forecasting is in place, setting up mechanisms to manage, monitor and review monthly progress and resources for the successful delivery of all projects in line with budgetary allocations.

A full clean driving license is essential for this role as you will need to be in the office but also out on site when necessary in order to fulfil the requirements of the role.
