We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / HR Administrator with strong Administration skills to work for a manufacturing organisation in Bridgwater, Somerset.
This is a full time, permanent role working 8:30am - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:30 - 15:45 Friday with a salary of GBP17,000 - GBP19,000 PA DOE.
This role will involve half your time working on the reception, answering the phone, meeting and greeting visitors and dealing with contractors, ensuring that all rules and guidelines are adhered to. You will then spend the of your time supporting the HR team with various HR administration tasks. They currently have a team of three in the HR department and need extra support.
Attention to detail is very important you may be dealing with peoples personal details, and a high level of confidentiality and trust is essential.
Working in a very easy going and friendly team you will need to be a team player with positive working attitude.
Benefits include paid annual leave plus Bank Holidays and free car parking on site.
If you have had some HR administration experience previously that would be preferred, however if you have an excellent administration background and have dealt with confidential information that will also be considered.
