The Just Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Group Financial Controller for their client based in Colchester, Essex.
The position offers significant opportunity for the candidate to develop their skills in a high tech, multi-national, publicly traded company.
Suitable applicants will have at least 10 years of professional accounting with exposure to IFRS and a proven track record in financial accounting within the technical and/or high tech manufacturing sector.
FCCA or FCA required.
Must have a good grasp of manufacturing processes and systems.
Financial senior management experience
Experience of managing a team
Powerful analytical skills
Very competent with Excel
Role will involve:
*all aspects of group finance and UK administration activities
*group and individual companies P&L and Balance Sheet management as well as consolidation accounting
*preparation of group budgets
*treasury management
*internal financial controls including cash flow predictions
*monthly, half-yearly and year-end financial statements for group and constituent companies
*group taxation
