A Site Manager position has become available for a well established growing regional house builder. Our client is looking to recruit a site manager to join the team for new build housing projects. They build bespoke custom homes for client's self-build homes as a design and build contractor. The site manager will be responsible for the completion of projects to budget and timetable.
Our client has an expanding number of projects in the Oxford area and are growing consistently year on year, which is expected to continue. They are looking for a site experienced person to join the team.
You should become an important part of the team but capable of working in an onsite environment. Reporting to the Construction Director you should have on site trade experience, dealing with on-site Health and safety, project budget and on time project delivery. On project support is available via their construction team and regional office.
Salary based on experience plus package and company vehicle provided. Depending on experience.
