An established company based in Witham, is looking for an experienced Joiner to join their team.

Our clients company has been unable to grow in recent years due to a lack of staff, but now feel comfortable to take on an extra member in order to meet their clients demand.

A busy and varied role, in a relaxed and fun environment and a great opportunity for any Joiner looking for work within a workshop making bespoke products.

Skills Needed

• General joiner skills
• Experience working with woodwork machines and hand tools
• Be a team player and be able to bring your unique skill set to the company
• At least a few years experience in the industry to be able to start straight away with limited training
• Confident using heavy machinery and physical ability to work within a workshop environment
• Health and safety trained would be an advantage but not necessary
• The ability to interpret and read designs
• Be able to deal with a varied workload
• Project management skills, to work on your own project from start to finish
