Direct Sales Agent - Venue Sales
WANT TO EARN GBP25-30k (Or more uncapped??) per annum, work as a Self Employed Direct Sales Agent for our client selling their membership services in venues such as shopping centres, supermarkets and service stations.
You will have the freedom of working without direct supervision and being in charge of your own earnings, with the added bonus of backing and training from our client to ensure you have the best tools and techniques to maximise your sales.
You are given everything you need to get going as a Self Employed Direct Sales Agent:
Branded uniform and marketing material
Induction training - all expenses paid
And support and coaching from experienced managers
Training bonus of GBP40 per day for the first 20 days + uncapped commission
GBP250 golden handshake at 3 months and 6 months
To be a Self Employed Direct Sales Agent we require:
A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work to targets
A willingness to work outside whatever the weather; be it pouring rain or glorious sunshine
The ability to get to and from the sites which are provided to you (therefore a car is essential for most roles, due to the stand/marketing materials you will be transporting).
A strong work ethic and a desire to achieve goals.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Full UK driving licence and car
Previous sales experience may be an advantage but is not essential. More important is your desire to succeed and contribute to our world-class brand.
