My Central Government Client requires a Lead Agile Business/Systems Analyst to work on a variety of projects.
The Analyst will work with a variety of internal stakeholders to capture and prioritise requirements, document business and data rules and expand on business process work. This will all be carried out utilising excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage and facilitate the work with all stakeholders.
The Analyst will be working within the division alongside stakeholders and business teams working with an agile approach.
Experience / Skills
* Experience of working within the public sector
* Extensive and demonstrable experience (minimum 5 years) of business and systems analysis including : identification of business benefits, requirements capture and prioritisation
* Comprehensive understanding of the principles of the application development life cycle and experience of their application.
* Experience of delivering using Agile techniques and principles.
* Excellent verbal communication skills - need to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with both non-technical and technical staff to precisely define requirements.
* Excellent written communication skills. Written work must be clear and precise, logically presented and conform to ONS standards where applicable.
* Facilitation skills - experience of facilitating workshops.
