We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented, driven Recruitment Consultant, looking to progress their career, to join our successful Technical Recruitment team in Nottingham. In this role you will be supporting with existing canvass and dormant users, maintaining and developing relationships with clients.

The Role
- New business development and supporting with existing canvass and dormant users - maximising divisional profitability.
- Market Awareness - keeping on top of changes in the market place and identifying new areas of penetration.
- Arranging and attending pre qualified client meetings.
- Building rapport and developing and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential new clients.
- Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
The Package
- GBP24,000 to GBP29,000 dependent upon experience plus uncapped bonus payments which increase in line with performance. OTE circa GBP45k

The Candidate
- Recruitment experience is essential. Experience within the Technical sector is advantageous but not essential.
- Proven track record of over achievement against KPIs and revenue/sales targets.
- Ability to source and generate new sales leads.
- Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates.
- Drive to succeed, enthusiastic, confident and career driven.
- Solutions focused - ability to identify problems and ensure that pre-emptive corrective actions plans/improvements are put in place for the future.
- Driving license and own car is essential.
