Rose Recruitment are looking to source a Head Receptionist for a stunning Hotel within Aberdeenshire.
Previous Hotel Reception experience is desirable and knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) would be advantageous.
Update room availability on booking channels.
Set rate plans and flex rates.
Maximise room revenue.
Accountable for all cash and credit transactions and identify discrepancies and action.
Respond to guest feedback.
Monitor guest accounts to ensure accurate billing.
Fully conversant with Microsoft outlook/word/excel.
Coach and train team.
Ensure security procedures are implemented and adhered to.
Prepare staffing rotas.
Carry out duty management shifts.
