This Essex based Audio Visual Hire company are looking for a new Business Development Manager to join their vibrant team. They have been established since the 1980's and have become one of the UK's leading short term event and conference equipment hire companies. This innovative company are expanding rapidly and are looking for a Business Development Manager with Audio Visual hire experience to come in and hit the ground running.

The Role:
The Business Development Manager will be self-generating new leads to bring in new business across South East of England and London. With an average order value of GBP3,000 per business meeting, targets are realistic as they have an excellent conversion rate. The Business Development Manager will be mainly office based in Essex with trips to meetings when necessary.
The Candidate:
The ideal Business Development Manager will have a vast knowledge of the industry as well as having solid experience in audio visual hire. You will be extremely organised and possess great time management skills to ensure the level of new business in to the company is more than sufficient. To be considered for this role, experience is essential and you must be based in South East of England.
The Package:
As well as working for this forward-thinking company you will receive a competitive basic salary of GBP35,000 GBP40,000 (depending on experience) with exceptional OTEs to be made along with monthly incentives. In the first year, you would be expected to earn GBP50,000 with OTE. You will be flourished with a great office space to fulfil all the needs of the business along with travel expenses.
