YOUR CAREER: This Regional Sales Manager role gives the successful candidate the opportunity to get into a technical sales role with a business with a powerful global brand. You will receive full product training from the company to make sure you are aware of the complete technical benefits of the systems they sell.
THE ROLE: This is a technical sales role; you will be selling the companies building management systems. As a Regional Sales Manager you will be tasked with creating demand with contractors and specifiers, then back selling the product through distribution. The role will be a split between account management and new business with an achievable target generating a high level of commission.
THE PERSON: To be considered for the Regional Sales Manager role you will have a background in technical sales. You should be capable of specifying a technical product at an engineering level and be confident managing a project through the distribution channel. On top of that you will be a tenacious, competitive and outgoing sales person.
THE COMPANY: Established for over 140 years this company are a global brand name! They operate at the top table of manufacturers of BMS systems and as such are looking for the next Regional Sales Manager to take the business forward.
THE PACKAGE FOR REGIONAL SALES MANAGER:- Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP45,000
- Bonus: GBP22,000
- Company Car: Yes or car allowance
