Our Client
Our client, part of a global certification organisation, is searching for an experienced Management Systems professional with excellent man management and mentoring skills to join them as Audit Team Manager in their Head Office in the North West of England.
The Role
You will take a high profile leadership role within a very successful division of a highly regarded international organisation. A very profitable team you will add value in terms of process and systems analysis, review and improvement. Providing direction & support to office and remote workers, you will act as mentor and leader to improve performance with a customer focused approach.
You will be a people manager with excellent communication skills and experience working in a technical industrial environment; you will also have a good knowledge of auditing and ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and ideally other industrial standards.
Skills and Experience
* Extensive Audit experience - internal, external or 3rd party
* Proven man manager within a service environment
* Ideally lead audit qualified in at least one main standard
* Commercial awareness within a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Excellent communication skills
The Benefits
* Salary of GBP50-55K negotiable
