Brewster Pratap are delighted to be working with a national organisation who are also a household name, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced tax manager to work within a newly appointed management team. The goal of the organisation is to attract and develop great people who have a passion for delivering value to their customers. There are fantastic prospects within this role as you will be the number 1 tax professional on site and you will be encouraged to fulfil your potential and rise to the commercial challenge.
The role will oversee and co-ordinate the organisations tax affairs. You will provide advice support and guidance to the business on all direct and indirect taxes. You will own the relationship for tax with all internal and external stakeholders taking responsibility for both compliance and advisory.
The ideal person for the role will have a broad knowledge of both indirect and direct tax and may have specialised in one particular area but be open to the challenge of taking responsibility for both. You will have gained an accounting or tax professional qualification and have experience of working within an in house tax team or be looking to make your first role out of an accountancy practice. It is essential that you have excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
The role will offer an attractive basic salary plus car allowance alongside a competitive benefits package. There is also the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.
