We are looking for a Qualified Architect/Part II Architect to join a team of 10, based near Oxford. The consultancy works across residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the client to understand the business objectives, and develop a solution to meet these
- Build client relationships to find new opportunities
- Project Delivery
- Leading project teams to produce drawings
- Expected to visit site to ensure the project is running to time and budget
- Provide exceptional client service and exceed client expectations
- Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
Requirements
- Part II Architect, or a qualified ARB/RIBA Architect
- Experience in preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals
- Up to date on all UK`s building regulations
- Confident on expressing ideas in writing, sketching, and orally
- Excellent design and technical skills
