Our Driving team in Derby are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with Driving sector experience to join their brand new team. We are looking for a driven, dynamic individual with proven new business development skills to join us in a full 360 role.
The Role
* New business development - generating business with new clients through cold calling and face to face client visits.
* Gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.
* Attracting, screening and introducing candidates to clients in line with agreed client requirements on a temporary recruitment basis.
* Arranging and attending pre qualified client meetings.
* Building rapport and relationships with potential new clients.
* Area mapping.
* Rejection handling.
* Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.

* Up to GBP26,000 per annum plus uncapped bonus payments and additional payment for being on call when required.

* Solutions focused - ability to identify problems and ensure that pre-emptive corrective actions.
* Driving License and own car are essential
