Hays are delighted to be working with a well-established and respected national Chartered Surveying firm to recruit for a Chartered Surveyor on a permanent basis to take on a regional role. This role is field/home based and offers flexibility and great work/life balance. You will join a growing team and enjoy working part of a friendly and successful team.
Your new role
Your new role will be to carry out building surveys; home buyer reports and valuations across a residential portfolio. You will need to also be able to demonstrate experience liaising with and managing clients as well as being able to prioritise your workload, and have excellent time management skills.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will be degree qualified in a Property/Surveying discipline and also be a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
