Building Maintenance Engineer

Skills & Qualifications
* Building Maintenance experience (essential)
* 17th Edition qualification (essential)
* PAT Testing qualification
* Testing and Inspection

Responsibilities
* Ensure completion of Reactive maintenance and PPM’s within due date and ordering materials required to complete these works
* Managing subcontractor attendance on site, including reviewing RAMS prior to visit and booking visit dates with contractors for reactive and PPM works
* Arranging quotes with contractors
* Providing FM and Lead Engineer with regular updates and reports and attending daily meetings.
* Providing advice and support to FM and engineers where required.
* Advise and implement energy saving procedures for Gas Electric and Water
* On call rota to cover in Cheadle and Oldbury.
* Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment, and ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements, as required.
