Speciality Chef de Partie - Authentic Chinese Cuisine– Global Company
Salary up to £20-25,000 + excellent shift patterns, company training and progression.
Working for this Global Company based in their production kitchen in Feltham, they are recruiting for a Speciality Chef de Partie in Authentic Chinese Cuisine. Cooking and creating Chinese dishes to required standards and specifications in the production kitchen and also catering for International events around the Globe.
Chef de Partie, Chinese Speciality Role;
- Assist the Senior Chefs in menu design and development of Authentic Chinese and International dishes as per clients needs
- Quality of delivered product
- Adhere to menu specifications – weight, size, texture etc.
- Operational planning and handling procedures
- Deputise in the head chefs absence
Chef de Partie, Chinese Speciality Experience;
- Authentic knowledge and skills of Chinese and Asian Cuisine
- Excellent knowledge of all meat cuts and fish types
- Experience of nutrition and speciality diets such as; Gluten Free, Vegan, low fat
- Flexibility in work shifts and patterns
- HACCP knowledge
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Innovative and passionate about food
