What to expect as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?

• An incredible 3 month training programme taking you step by step whilst you work your way to a Consultant level

• Starting basic salary of GBP17,000-GBP21,000 with the best uncapped commission scheme around.

• 1st Year OTE - GBP40,000//2nd Year OTE - GBP70,000//3rd Year OTE - GBP100,000

• Resourcing and qualifying candidates

• Cold calling and generating market intelligence

• Building relationships and continuing existing relationships with both parties

• Searching our online databases and conversing with candidates in your specialised market
