Trainee Recruitment Consultant for Market Leading Recruitment Consultancy
As a trainee recruitment consultant you will receive-
- GBP18k-GBP22k (DOE).
- Car Scheme - GBP4k per annum allowance.
- GBP40k Club- Bill GBP40k all-expense paid luxury stay for two
- Face to face client and candidate interaction (directly interview every candidate and develop client relationships in the field).
- Free Parking.
- Uncapped Commission paying between 20%-30%
- GBP100k Club- Bill GBP100k back to back across two quarters all-expense paid for two to New York.
- Health Insurance
- 25 Days Holiday + Birthday off
Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role
As a trainee recruitment consultant you can expect to be responsible for.
- Writing effective job specifications.
- Engaging potential candidates in the market place.
- Conducting effective telephone screening calls followed by face to face interviews.
- Gathering lead's for prospective clients.
- Approaching prospective clients in the market to organise proposal meetings.
- Conducting business pitches (with a senior consultant whilst training).
- Developing extensive client bases of existing and new businesses.
