Exeter College are recognised as one of the leading providers of Apprenticeship provision and effective employer engagement. Following the government reforms to the apprenticeship programme significant opportunities for the college are coming to fruition. It's an exciting transition and the focus on our work with Employers has never been higher. We are delivering a wider range of services to our customers than ever before. With record numbers of Apprentices engaged with the college, we are looking to support the continued development of this key area of our business. This is a fantastic new opportunity to lead key partnership activities related to levy payers requirements for outstanding apprenticeship delivery.

The successful post holder will be responsible for developing future significant partnership opportunities and presenting strategies to include new provision within the sphere of the College's apprenticeship programme. You will be committed to ensuring high quality provision and exceeding customer requirements and levels of satisfaction.

Your experience of leading a team involved in large scale implementation and developing innovative and high quality training solutions for large organisations will equip you well for this role. If you have an in depth knowledge of apprenticeship delivery and excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with people at all levels we would like to hear from you.
