As a Reablement Worker with Brunelcare your role will be equivalent to that of a senior carer role. You will be supporting individuals; visiting them in their own homes and helping them achieve the goals they have set. Dealing with their personal care and social goals with a view to making a difference to their lives.
Unlike some care providers Brunelcare pay for every moment worked and not just the time spent caring. You will be paid for the whole shift including travel time and mileage between calls.
Brunelcare also provide and pay for all training, for every aspect of the job, along with providing ongoing support. An enhanced DBS check is required and is paid for by Brunelcare. Uniform and Lone worker pack provided.
The Job:
- Enabling people to achieve as much independence as possible
- Working within peoples own homes
- Working a 4 on 4 off shift basis.
- Full time and part time available
The Person:
- Compassionate, caring, with an eye for detail and ability to use initiative.
- Full driving licence and use of vehicle is essential.
- Care experience is preferable
