An amazing opportunity has arisen with a leading charity for an 2nd/3rd line Server Support, Windows, AD, Exchange, Hardware and software skills to join an integral part of a company who pride themselves on offering the best advice and support as possible.

You'll initially be working in a field based role in and around East Kent setting up 5 new sites and then offering the on-going support thereafter, when you are not required to go to onsite you will have the opportunity to work from home.
You will working alongside the IT manager who has a wealth of experience so the opportunity for up skilling is there and you will be working in a very supportive environment. The team are a fun-loving bunch they seem to really enjoy what they do both from a technical level and also on a social level too???the company work hard to promote a healthy work/life balance.

The Role:

Build, Deploy, Maintain and Support Windows Servers
Exchange
Be happy to travel to 5 sites in and round East Kent
Active Directory (across multi-sites/multi-domain)
Virtualisation VMWare being key

Skills Required:

Ability to set priorities for complex workloads
Good telephone manner with the ability to liaise with users in a professional way
Ability to maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
Exceptional attention to detail
Able to resolve a high volume of incidents and requests
Be able to respond quickly and efficiently to the user within agreed SLAs
Team Player
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and deliver against a number of priorities
Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with both internal and external customers

Patient methodical approach to problems
Ability to lead by example
