The Premier Pathways program is a 2-year classroom based experiential learning program that on completion will accredit you with; a full Level-7 PGCE, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and 60 credits towards a Master's degree from the University of Buckingham. This is a salaried route in to teaching and there will be no fees, debt or personal expenditure on the applicants' part whatsoever.
The ideal Trainee Science Teacher will be a university graduate with a good academic background (A 2:2 degree or above), have strong motivations for going in to teaching and have a welcoming, warm and confident personality. It is preferred that the applicants also have some experience working with children however an outstanding personality and desire to work in education can counter-balance the lack of experience.
