I am currently recruiting for an experienced Guest Service Manager for my client in Manchester City Centre.
A busy central hotel that boasts over 190 rooms, food and beverage facilities and meeting rooms.
The Guest Service Manager role acts as the hotel duty manager and the role will involve Early and Late shifts and the odd night shift to cover holidays and days off.
In this hotel the Guest Service Manager is responsible for the management of the reception team, overseeing housekeeping and maintenance and reporting directly to the Hotel Deputy Manager and General Manager.
This hotel is part of a larger management company offering several opportunities for career progression in the future from Guest Service Manager you could train and develop into a Deputy General Manager of the future and on to a General Manager of a simlar property.
The successful Guest Service Manager will have similar hotel experience, dealing with breakfast as well as managing the service of limited food and beverage offerings.
