Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location:Bristol
Salary:Up to GBP20k Basic Plus Commission (GBP45k OTE year 1)

Our client is a well established, multi-sector recruitment agency based in Bristol. They are looking for high calibre candidates who feel that they have the drive and ambition that it takes to be successful in the lucrative world of recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing business and finding vacancies with new and existing clients
- Sourcing candidates for all vacancies.
- Using various methods to find candidates. Such as job boards, social media, company database, adverts etc.
- Arranging interviews for candidates
- Following up with feedback from any interviews
- Going back and finalising any job offers that any of your candidates receive
Candidate specifications:
- Either degree qualified or with at least 2 years' previous sales experience
- Articulate and intelligent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The drive and hunger that is required to be successful in recruitment
- The ability to work in a fast pace and target driven environment
