TeacherActive is continuing its remarkable growth with some exciting opportunities for Recruitment Resourcers to join the team at our office in Bristol.
Recruitment experience is not necessary. We're looking for people with big personalities, who are serious about starting a long term career in a people based role. To be considered for this Resourcer role, you'll need to be a strong natural communicator and team player. The ideal candidate will have some customer service, retail or sales experience.
What the role involves:
- Advertising for new candidates
- Identifying, assessing and interviewing temporary workers
- Building relationships with clients and candidates on the phone and face to face
- Clearing and filing candidate files whilst adhering to strict compliance procedures
- On-line job board and general diary management.
