Key Recruitment are working with a company based in Bristol who seeking a a Communications Officer to join a small team managing a number of new platforms, channels and material for a nationwide company. This is an exciting oopportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and you will be supporting the delivery of the communications strategy.
Responsibilities will include:
* Writing stand-out copy and managing content across a range of online and offline channels.
* Setting-up and managing external and internal e-news channels, including the production of a regular staff newsletter.
* Managing the print literature and merchandise, including leaflets and brochures.
* Leading on the collection, storage and management of case studies, photography, Microsoft Office templates and other digital assets.
* Working closely with the Head of Communications to roll-out a new brand.
* Working closely with the Digital Communications Manager to support social and web channels.
* Identifying news worthy stories from across the business and translating these into PR opportunities.
* Supporting with internal and external events.
* Leading on the redevelopment of staff intranet.
* Acting as a go-to advisor on all things communications and working with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
You will have excellent copy writing skills, experience of working within a similar role and evidence of managing high quality print literature and digital news using email software (e.g Mailchimp/Newsweaver).
