Finance Business Partner

A dynamic and rapidly growing business has an immediate requirement for a Qualified Finance Business Partner to join them on an immediate 6 month contract with a view to moving into a permanent role after the completion of 6 months

As the Finance Business Partner you will lead the quarterly reforecast and annual budget of the UK function, develop relationships with associated teams, senior operational stakeholders and external servicers in order to influence and provide support to commercial decision makers within the business and to perform a comprehensive review of Litigation and site spend to target opportunities for cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the annual budget process
* Develop and maintain the costs forecasting model and impact on collections
* Production and continual review of cost recovery calculations for US GAAP
* Deliver monthly management / KPI reporting and variance analysis
* Assist the Financial Reporting Manager at month end in the preparation of entity management accounts and US GAAP reporting
* Ownership of the cost calculations within the group forecasting tool
* Business case, board level analysis and presentation
* Interrogation of site costs and reporting thereof
* Challenging of commercial & financial assumptions
* Deliver project management on finance change and new initiatives

Key Skills required

* Qualified Accountant, either ACA, CIMA or ACCA
* Building and maintaining financial models essential
* Advanced Excel skills
* Business partnering experience essential
* Ability to influence at a senior level
* Confident communicator
