About the role

As our regional business development manager, you'll look after the Southern region, selling software, infrastructure and support services to the UK health market. You`ll be responsible for the full spectrum of business development activity, proactively contacting customers and creating comprehensive proposals that identify pain points and provide innovative solutions at a competitive price. We're looking for you to identify and build long term relationships with our customers, so you must have superb communication skills and the ability to speak to and influence stakeholders at all levels.

This role would be perfect for someone with a track record of sales, who's looking to work for an expanding company that has a great career development plan on offer.

This role is looking after our Southern region so you`ll cover locations such as Somerset, Kent, Hampshire, Devon, Cornwall so a Full UK driving license is essential.

Our team:

This role is field based, but will involve regular communication with our Egton sales team, who're a close knit bunch and are passionate about what we do! Your role will also involve working with other people across the business such as marketing and operations - so plenty of knowledge and expertise around you to support you in your role!

Who you will be:

We want to make sure you're set for success so the key skills we are looking for in the role are below:

+ a track record of end to end field sales, any IT sales would be useful
+ CRM experience
+ a proven consultative selling technique
+ results driven
+ self-motivated
+ superb communication skills, both verbal and written
+ any knowledge of the healthcare IT market is desirable
+ a Full UK driving licence
