Electronics Engineer

I am currently looking for an Electronics Engineer to join Leader in Medical Device industry to work on cutting edge technology, developing innovative equipment and software. The vacancy has arisen due to the result of continued success and sustained growth. Role: Senior Electronics Engineer Location: Gloucestershire Salary: Up to GBP45,000 depending on experience Primary Role To design and develop electronic circuitry for medical devices. To build and test prototype circuitry. To generate circuit schematics and design PCBs. To generate supporting documentation including requirements, specifications, test plans and reports. To collaborate with other engineering team members on development projects. To identify and interface with suppliers. Essential Skills Experience in schematic capture and PCB layout using industry standard tools. Experience in complex embedded systems development. Ability to work hands-on including prototyping and debugging. Experience in design for EMC/Manufacture/Test/Safety/Reliability. Desirable Skills Proven track record in analogue and digital circuit design. Low level appreciation of embedded firmware.
