Senior Software Developer - Bath

The Company A Globally recognised company in Bath are looking to take on an exceptional Java Developer to help with their current project requirements and future pipeline. They are a small business of about 15 employees and rapidly expanding as their business is proving to be very successful. Must have: - Desire to design and implement clean, elegant, robust software systems - Being comfortable working with legacy codebases - MySQL Database Optimisation (Big Plus) - Unit Tests (Big Plus) - Excellent communication skills Knowledge in: - Hibernate - Java Servlets - MySQL - Multithreaded programming - Implementation of REST and SOAP based APIs - AWS (at least with EC2 and S3) Familiarity with our core tools: - IntelliJ IDEA - Maven - Linux (at a developer level rather than a system admin level) - Git and Github Nice to have: - Profiling tools (JProfiler, XRebel) - CircleCI - AWS CloudFormation - AWS CodeDeploy What Next?
