We are looking for a self-starter who understands the importance of top class customer service to both internal and external contacts. This candidate will need to have a proven ability to focus and convey core messages in a clear and engaging way. Responsibilities:-
* Delivering clear, impactful communications to internal and external audiences which enhance business performance and support local marketing efforts
* Proactively seeking opportunities for PR, including liaising with Group PR, regions and local sales teams to source good news stories, and support the development marketing programmes
* Handling media enquiries and providing a professional service on behalf of the company
* Assisting in the delivery of the revised internal communication strategy, including liaising with directors and senior managers to develop messaging and encourage two-way communication
* Maintaining social media presence and manage the communications channels of the intranet internally
* Identifying and implementing new opportunities to improve Group's public image and increase visibility of marketing and PR messaging
* Support communications activity delivering maximum communication impact across the business areas
* Ensure communications are 'on message' regarding the company values and policies
