Broughton Laboratories has a unique opportunity available for an Analytical Chemist to join the team in Skipton, North Yorkshire. The role is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary plus pension.

We are seeking to recruit hard working, highly motivated and professional individuals capable of working within a fast-moving quality laboratory environment. As the Analytical Chemist, you will be responsible for performing analytical and physical chemistry analysis to support to cGMP standards.

What are the responsibilities of the Analytical Chemist?

- To use a range of analytical and physical chemistry techniques to ensure competent and timely completion of analyses under strict cGMP regulations.

- To continuously deliver our service to ensure customer expectations are always met and often exceeded.

What skills do I need to have to become an Analytical Chemist?

- You will be a graduate in a chemistry-related discipline with at least 3 years experience of working in a small molecule GMP testing environment and eager to pursue a career within this field.

- Previous experience of working within a laboratory environment is essential for this role.
