Job Title: Regional Site Liaison Manager
Location: Central to cover the following areas: Birmingham, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, North London, Heathrow surrounds and parts of Berkshire
Salary: c£30,000 - £33,000 per annum + Company Car Allowance + Phone and Macbook, Expenses and Annual Performance Bonus
Job Type: Permanent, Full time (40 hours per week)

Appointment Start Date: July - Our Client will provide a 6 week training and induction period, prior to fully commencing the role.
Established 30 years ago, our Client provides property-savvy, front of house reception and on-site professionals for commercial property schemes nationwide.
They need to strengthen their regional management team in line with current and future growth expectations and are looking to recruit a Regional Site Liaison Manager.
The role
You will manage a number of sites within a defined area which will include Birmingham, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, North London, Heathrow surrounds and parts of Berkshire. Flexibility is essential. You will need to reside centrally within your region with good access to major road networks.
You will be responsible for supporting their front of house receptionists with motivational regular visits and ongoing training. You will ensure their teams continually meet the service level and standards expected by both the Company and their Clients. Your role will include the following:
- You will be the main daily contact for the sites in your region, providing support, advice and delivering solutions for any issues.
- Managing site launches, ongoing training, appraisals and welfare assessments will be key as will be the ability to follow disciplinary processes.
- Your working day will be managed by yourself, with some flexibility, but will include a schedule of regular diarised appointments to sites.
- You will attend Client and Management meetings to confirm service levels are as expected or provide recommendations to resolve issues.
In exceptional circumstances, you need to be adept at covering a role, at any of your sites.
This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday, on average 40 hours per week (some daily time management flexibility with start/finish times and home- working administration)
