Visitor Services Manager
We are looking to appoint an effective Visitor Services Manager. The post holder will ensure that the staff and volunteer team delivers excellent customer service to ensure a high quality visitor experience.
You will take a lead on developing and delivering the visitor service experience training and the box office function for The Piece Hall. Applications will be considered from those who can demonstrate recent experience of successfully managing front of house operations in a visitor destination, box office, or similar environment.
