Our client is currently looking for a self employed Mortgage Advisor to join their team in Cheltenham, having the determination to obtain regular business on their own.
As an Adviser for their company, you will be responsible for making sure all aspects of compliance are adhered to during the mortgage and protection advice process. It is required that client discussions, product recommendations and meeting details are documented to evidence that the client has been fully informed during the process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships
- Completing a thorough fact find for each client
- Sourcing mortgage and protection products based on client needs
- Being able to solve problems in order to recommend the right advice for the client
- Managing client expectations by keeping them informed throughout the process
- Inputting mortgage, protection and general insurance applications
- Meeting with business development managers in order to build on knowledge and specific criteria for lenders/providers
- Record client fact finds, attach documentary evidence and product illustrations along with recommendation reports
Candidate Requirements:
- Organised
- Self motivated
- Able to obtain new client leads
- Ensuring you and your business is compliant
Annual earnings will range between ??20,000-??60,000 per year dependent on experience and skills (although there is no earning limit)
