Capita is looking for Customer Service Advisers to join the RBS, Future Williams & Glyn team, based in Wavertree, Liverpool

We are currently part of the RBS Group trading under the Royal Bank of Scotland brand in England and Wales and the NatWest brand in Scotland. Internally, we refer to ourselves as "Future Williams & Glyn Team."
About you
Here in Wavertree, we're the voice of our bank; we're communicating with our customers over the phone and via email. We're looking for someone who will treat every customer with the respect and level of service they would if they were serving them face-to-face in a branch. When our customers call they want someone who can empathise and help them reach a resolution.
We need people who are genuinely interested in providing that great level of service to our customers.
What you'll get in return
Our salary package totals £17,752, which consists of £15,850 basic salary and 12% reward package and 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays. Hours worked after 8pm attract an additional shift allowance). Rotational shift patterns across the week.
