Due to an expansion of our office and teams, exciting opportunities have arisen in Wirral, Liverpool and our new office in Ormskirk.

Lavoro Care is a specialist in Social Care. We supply child care workers, adult support workers and registered managers to local and national providers, 24 hours a day 7 days a week on a temporary and permanent basis

We are looking for an experienced and professional care coordinator / recruitment consultant with an extensive recruitment background. Your duties will include obtaining availability of your temporary workers, sourcing work to suit their skills, ensuring the needs of our clients are met. You will be confident working in a very sales focused office and being part of a very successful team.

We are always looking to go that ‘extra mile’ for our clients and candidates, ensuring we deliver and exceed expectations.

As a consultant you will be required to deliver the following:

  • Develop and build long-term professional business relationships with new and existing clients
  • Post jobs adverts via job boards and social media
  • Build a database of clients and candidates
  • Pre-screen and interview potential candidates
  • Source and successfully place temporary staff into positions quickly and efficiently to meet the needs of clients
  • Deliver weekly / monthly results and achieve targets
  • Be able to work to a very high standard and ensure records are maintained and compliant with legislation and contractual requirements.
  • Be able to manage your own timetable, desk and workload in a very demanding sector
  • Client visits – new and existing
  • Assistance with the development of a recruitment strategy to match business needs
  • Continuous sales to develop your desk and branch
  • Provide on call cover on a rota basis (incentive payable)

In addition, ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to be the best you can be
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills and be able to prioritise workload
  • Experience of covering shifts via a temp database or perm desk
  • Experience in a health and social care environment is desirable

We can offer a competitive basic salary of £20,500 - £22,500 pa with branch related bonus (very realistic OTE of £28,000 in first year). Holiday allowance is 30 days per year plus bank holidays (6 weeks paid holidays).
