Customer Experience Manager within Marketing is required by Kyna Associated leading Financial Services Client based in Birmingham City Centre. The Customer Experience Manager role will be to analyse the current customer journey of our clients different departments/products and work closely with key stakeholders to suggest and implement new ideas to improve the customer journey. Therefore not only will you need to have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, you will need to have a strong consumer marketing background (mail, online, email, social media) to identify the different channels that are being used.
Key skills and experience required by the Customer Experience Manager include:
- In-depth experience of consumer marketing (mail, online, email, social media, lead nurturing)
- Extensive knowledge and experience of using customer and marketing MI
- Ability to network internally to get results and work in a team based environment, but skilled at being able to challenge other areas as required
- Creative thinking and idea generation
- Insight and knowledge of the customer
