Temporary Operations Assistant Valuations

We have an exciting opportunity to join this prestigious client in a role as an Operations assistant to work in the Valuations team on a temporary basis

The purpose of the role is to carry out daily tasks to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time. The role will be based within the Settlements function

Duties will include:

• Understanding of performance and impact to valuations

• On-going review of all tasks within your designated area, ensuring that improvements are made to enhance client services

• Actively manage the development and delivery of changes to operational and systems infrastructure

• Ensure the accurate loading and understand of the information in clients CGT

• Ensure that trades are captured and input in an accurate and timely manner.

• Ensure adherence to in-house compliance procedure and rules

• Adhere to regulatory guidelines

• Resolving cash and stock reconciling items.

• contribute to collation of the team procedures manual

• Provide weekly management information statistics

• ISA Transfers in and out

• Understanding of AML

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders especially fund managers

To be successful for this role you must have experience of working in a "Middle Office" environment within Financial Services and have prior knowledge of settlements and corporate actions.
